New title Mario Kart World was featured in the presentation, including a new ‘free roam’ mode where players can drive off the race track and visit various locations around the world.
Original Switch games will be re-released with new features and improved visuals, including Switch 2 editions of Mario Party Jamboree with mouse and camera-controlled games, and the Zelda games with a new note-taking feature powered by smartphones
Subscribers to the Switch Online + Expansion Pack service will receive free upgrade packs for Legend of Zelda games Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom
Metroid Prime 4 will be available on the original Switch with mouse controls and 4K 60 fps or 1080p 120 fps gameplay, and the Switch 2 edition will also add a new communication feature.
