Until Dawn Remake studio effectively closed following layoffs, says new report

Summary
Ballistic Moon, the UK developer of the Until Dawn remake, has closed, according to anonymous sources speaking to Insider Gaming, apparently leaving no one at the studio to respond to players’ bug reports.
Last September, ahead of the game’s launch, layoffs were announced, reducing the staff from around 100 employees to less than 40.
Sources claim that these remaining employees were then laid off in December, leaving no one in public relations, marketing or development.
The studio was unable to secure funding or publishers for new projects.
Potential new Until Dawn projects with Sony failed to materialise, despite hints of a sequel from actors in the original game.
The studio’s founders and a handful of employees are reportedly still there, but working elsewhere in the building.
