Silent Hill f has been deemed too freaky for Australians... for now

Summary
Silent Hill: Fear Award, the next game in the horror franchise from Konami, will not be released in Australia, after its classification board refused to grant the game an age rating.
According to the board, the game contains depictions of gender discrimination, child abuse, bullying, drug use, torture and graphic violence.
The board’s decision is listed as “RC”, which stands for “refused classification”, and means that unless the game is modified to tone down or remove the unsuitable elements, it cannot be sold in Australia.
The developer has not yet commented on whether it will make changes to the game in order to seek a classification allowing its release in Australia.
This is not the first game to face such scrutiny; earlier titles including Fallout 3, Hotline Miami 2 and Sludge Life have been through similar processes.
