The director suffered from anxiety and stress which caused him to lose all the hair on the right side of his body, a condition which can be caused by alopecia areata triggered by stress.
Harada left Bandai Namco for about a year due to the stress caused by the reception of Tekken 4.
-Tekken 5 began development whilst Harada was away from the company, on his return he continued to direct the series including the soon to be released Tekken 8.
The director has recently tried to convince KFC to let him put Colonel Sanders into the fighting game.
