Paradox delay Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 yet again because technical quality is more important than sticking to a date

Summary
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has been delayed by Paradox Interactive until the second half of 2025, two and a half years after its originally scheduled release date and almost six years after work began on the game.
The reason for the delay is so that the developer, The Chinese Room, can “ensure great technical quality”, according to a video released by the company.
The company said in the video that the game is currently in the late development phase and feedback from the community has been taken into account, with work ongoing on quality assurance, including bug fixing.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun reports that it believes the game will be released eventually, stating that it remains one of its most anticipated games of 2025, whilst also suggesting that fans should not get their hopes up too high.
