This has been substantiated by a recent update to the Steam page for the game, which also amended the copyright details to 2025
The game was originally revealed back in 2019, featuring the character of Hornet on a new adventure in the kingdom of Pharloom, “haunted by Silk and Song”
It will also feature new characters, such as the Huntress, Grindle, and Seth, an “eternal protector” created in collaboration with a Hollow Knight fan who has since died.
