Summary
Hell Clock is a single-player RPG set in 1897 in the Brazilian town of Canudos, which saw its entire population of 25,000 massacred after three failed attempts by the government to take the town.
It is developed by Rogue Snail, the team behind Relic Hunters Zero.
In the game, you play as gunslinger Pajeú, who must traverse dungeons to rescue the soul of their mentor, The Counselor.
The game combines features of ARPGs and roguelikes, but with a twist: instead of collecting loot and resources that are lost at the end of each run, you acquire purple crystals that can be used to permanently upgrade your arsenal and abilities.
