Rock, Paper, Shotgun has reported that Enshrouded’s upcoming update, Thralls of Twilight, will be released in May, adding new enemies, resources and customisable weapons.
The creative director of the game, Antony Christoulakis, stated that the update would strengthen the game’s ‘shrouded regions’, making them more interesting.
The game originally aimed to be released within a year of its early access launch, but the developers now think it needs more time to develop.
Enshrouded is currently discounted on Steam, down from £11.39 to £8.37.
