Developer Mild Beast Games showcased their upcoming content update for survival crafting game Enshrouded, focused on making the ‘shroud’ more interesting to players.
The update, titled Thralls of Twilight, will add new enemy types, including groups of enemies that only come out at night.
There will also be new customisation options for weapons, improvements to the shrouded regions, and new resources for players to collect.
The studio wants to make the shroud, a mysterious area that players must brave to find resources, more compelling, as it “is not strong enough yet” in its current form.
Enshrouded has been in early access for over a year, and the full version is slated for release sometime in 2023.
