Marvel Rivals Season 2 begins now with Emma Frost, new team-ups and a PC performance boosting mode

Marvel Rivals from NetEase has released its first new character of Season 2, Emma Frost, who has both psychic and brawling abilities.
In a few weeks, Season 2’s second character, Ultron, will join the game, utilising drones as a nimble strategist.
There is also a new map, Krakoa Hellfire Gala, and several new features.
These include weekly missions, changes to the ranked mode, and the introduction of team-up skills.
Most notably, the game will now have a launcher with a switch shader compilation mode, aimed at reducing memory usage and thus improving performance.
NetEase has also announced that from Season 3, new content will be released on a monthly basis instead of every three months, meaning players will get a new hero every month.
