Summary
The upcoming survival horror game Blight: Survival was originally a two-person project but has since attracted significant developer attention.
It is now being developed by “several dozen full-time developers” after publisher Behaviour Interactive acquired the title.
Blight: Survival occupies a unique thematic space, compelling players to traverse squalid, war-torn landscapes and fight unsightly fungal zombies.
A new biome and enemy type have recently been added, and the developers are currently accepting applications for closed playtesting.
Although there is no release date yet for the game, Rock Paper Shotgun suggests it has promise, with engaging “directional combat” and an intriguing backdrop.
