Lovecraftian fishing sim Dreadmoor is Dredge with the first-person sailing of Sea Of Thieves

Summary
Rock, Paper, Shotgun has reported on a new fishing game, called Dreadmoor, which appears to combine elements from other recent gaming success stories, Dredge and Sea of Thieves.
Dreadmoors similarity to Dredge, a top-down cosmic horror game in which players sail a ship and collect unusual ocean fauna, has led to it being called Dredgemore.
It features a grid-based inventory for storing the asymmetrical bottom-feeders, as well as requiring players to be careful after sundown and selling on the fauna to ’ swivel-eyed weirdos’ to upgrade their ships.
It also allows players to sail and cast lines from the boat in first-person view, as well as explore the boat in third-person to avoid any tentacles that might threaten the vessel.
The main attraction for Rock, Paper, Shotgun, however, is the ability to craft fishing lures, akin to the hooks used in The Scar to catch the Avanc.
Dreadmoor has no release date yet, but you can find out more on Steam.
