Baldur's Gate 3 devs Larian discuss making two new games at once: in practice, we will probably be miserable

Summary
Last year, Larian Studios announced it was working on two new games whilst continuing to develop Baldur’s Gate 3.
The studio’s CEO, Swen Vincke, has given an interview discussing how the studio is working on both games in parallel to avoid a staggered production queue.
The hope is that animators and modelers won’t have to wait around for the creative teams to get their ideas together and everyone will work on one game while the other is in pre-production, reducing downtime and ambiguity.
Larian Studios currently has around 470 staff operating from seven studios worldwide.
One of the new projects is believed to be Divinity: Original Sin 3, but nothing is confirmed.
