Summary
Car Park Capital is a new business management simulation game in which the objective is to replace all greenery with parking spaces.
Created by Dutch game developer Hilko Janssen, it is a satirical take on the addictive tendencies of tycoon simulations.
Players must persuade NPCs that cars are good using propaganda and mind control, and create multi-storey car parks and wider roads as demands increase.
Although not due for release until the developer decides it is ready, it is available to wishlist on Steam, and a trailer is online.
Key features include 3D map editing, retro graphics and the ability to modify the game using Lua skills.
