Uri Tuchman has designed a decorative foot-operated computer mouse, which could allow users to type and control the mouse without having to move their hands from the keyboard.
The mouse is an inlaid wood and brass platform heeled device, with a brass sole and two sections at the front to enable users to operate the mouse with their toes.
Although it could take a lot of practice to become skilled at using the mouse, the technological fusion of ancient craftsmanship and modern computing is an interesting development.
This is not the first foot-operated mouse, with one earlier version highlighted by Hackaday in 2012.
