Developer Matt has created the EclairM0, a tiny, open-source handheld device the size of a Tic Tac container, weighing just 15 grams and running on a SAMD21 microcontroller.
The device’s firmware is written in TinyGo, and14 buttons allow for combinations and multi-tapping to offer various functions, while a small SSD1306 OLED display offers a snappy user experience.
The EclairM0 can act as a keyboard, mouse or USB peripheral, tapping into the SAMD21’s USB host functionality.
The device is housed in a 3D-printed case, and build and firmware files are available on Github.
