Corsair has released files for a 3D printable open-frame PC case on Printables, along with a blog post on its website with more details.
The design supports both ATX and ITX motherboards, as well as several power supply form factors, with GPU brackets that can accommodate larger, triple-slot models.
Corsair has released the files under a CC4.0-Attribution-ShareAlike licence, meaning they can be remixed for use with other perfboards.
Hackaday previously covered other open-case PC builds, as well as more discreet cases for those who wish to hide their computers.
One commenter pointed out that in the 1990s they created a PC using nails and drywall, which didn’t have any of the features offered by modern 3D printing, such as RGB lighting.
