Since it emerged in 2016, the child exploitation group ‘Com/764’ has transformed from an online community of child abusers into a Tier One terrorism threat, classifying it as a high priority for US law enforcement.
The group, which has links to ‘No Lives Matter’, a splinter group that has released at least two kill guides that have been linked to violent attacks and plots in the US and Europe, has been linked to numerous violent attacks, including drive-by shootings, school shootings and murder-for-hire plots in North America and Europe.
Several young people accused of conspiracy to kill homeless people and of phoning in bomb threats to schools and religious institutions have been charged with terrorism in the US, with the US actively seeking to extradite a 17-year-old Romanian boy, who is alleged to have taken part in exploiting minors and distributing child sexual abuse material.
Leads have also been identified in several mass shootings in the US, including the recent shooting at a Nashville undershool.
