China Secretly (and Weirdly) Admits It Hacked US Infrastructure

In a move that surprised officials, Beijing has claimed responsibility for the ‘Volt Typhoon’ attacks on American ports, water utilities and other infrastructure targets.
The Chinese delegation said that the hacks were a response to American support for Taiwan and were carried out by a group known as ‘Volt Typhoon’.
