Garmin has announced the launch of a new premium service for its Garmin Connect app that adds artificial intelligence (AI) insights to users’ health and activity data.
Called Garmin Connect Plus, the paid-for tier will offer custom charts and graphs, enabling users to compare progress over time, as well as live activity details.
Other features include personalised profiles, a new dashboard, additional coaching guidance and exclusive badges and frames.
Existing and new Garmin smartwatch and fitness tracker users will receive a free 30-day trial and can opt to subscribe for 6.99permonthor69.99 annually.
Despite the introduction of the paid-for service, all existing health data and features will remain free to access.
