Summary

  • Motorola has released its latest budget stylus phone, the Moto G Stylus 2025, in two colours, with water resistance, a leather-inspired back panel finish, a 6.7 inch OLED screen offering up to a 120Hz refresh rate, and a stack of specs including a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, 13mp macro ultrawide camera, up to 256gb of storage and a 5,000mAh battery with up to 68W wired charging or 15W wireless charging.
  • However, the downside is that it may come with unnecessary bloatware, as was the case with previous editions of this phone, which disappoints given the spec and competition at this price from the likes of Samsung.
  • It will be available from 17 April, unlocked, for $399, with the company claiming it will be available via all three major US carriers ‘in the coming months’.
