Summary
Technology company Asus has revealed a Fragrance Mouse, which emits a scent via a refillable vial that is loaded with essential oils, which can be chosen by the user.
The mouse was announced alongside the Copilot Plus PCs, at CES 2025, and is due to be released in the US around late April or early May.
The mouse offers a wireless connection via Bluetooth or a 2.4GHz USB dongle and has adjustable DPI settings of 1200dpi, 1600dpi, and 2400dpi, with power coming from a single AA battery.
The mouse will be available in Iridescent White or Rose Clay finishes.
The Fragrance Mouse is an accompaniment to Asus’ Adol 14 Air Fragrance Edition laptop, which releases a scent using a magnetically attached oil diffuser in its lid when the laptop heats up.
