Herman Miller made a convertible standing desk that actually looks great

Summary
Furniture company Herman Miller is marketing a new height-adjustable standing desk for office workers that does not appear to be one.
Called the Spout Sit-to-Stand Table, it has four cylindrical legs, rather than the usual two, meaning each contains its own motor to raise and lower the working surface.
This makes the table stronger (able to lift up to 400lbs), easier to move and usable by more than one person at a time.
However, the innovation comes at a cost, with the starting price set at 2,300,risingto3,400 for the largest version.
This new product is part of Herman Miller’s new Ello Power accessories range, which includes two USB-C ports built into the surface of the table, able to deliver up to 100W each or 65W when both are in use.
