You Can Now Use Gemini to Transform Documents into Engaging Audio Conversations

Summary
Search engine giant Google has added a new feature to its AI Gemini model, which can turn documents into podcast-style audio discussions.
Called “Audio Overviews”, the function generates an audio file from uploaded documents, slides, and reports, which can then be discussed by two AI hosts.
To generate the audio, a file is uploaded to the Gemini website or app, after which a Generate Audio Overview button will appear.
The file is then converted, and once complete a notification will appear, where the generated audio can be played.
The function is intended to create easier accessibility to a larger group by those who consume information auditorily.
