Created by Google in partnership with Samsung, the functionality enables users to track down items online, find books, identify landmarks and learn the identity of songs through their phones
To activate the feature, users must go to their phone’s settings, click on “Display & touch” and navigate to “Navigation mode” before toggling on the “Circle to Search” option and using the circle feature on-screen to conduct searches.
It also allows users to ask more specific questions about search terms and compare different options for purchasing items or finding information without leaving the screen they are currently on.
