It is powered by AI and works with Google Mail, with no need for a paid plan, however, there is no unified inbox, yet
To set up Notion Mail, users need to grant access to their Gmail account and then choose how to split their inbox using filtered views
Setting up AI labels is the key to training the AI to better manage a inbox, by taking a few minutes to analyse and display the training window
Notion Mail also has an email editor with AI that can be used to craft professional replies, and a new prompt box that appears when users press the space bar.
It is still relatively new, so will require patience and some tweaking during use.
