Stop Microsoft Edge From Opening Your Browser History at Startup

Microsoft has introduced a new feature to its Edge browser which has upset some users who feel like their privacy has been invaded.
The “Site Suggestions” feature sees pages from your browsing history load automatically when you open the browser.
While Microsoft insists that the more personalised feature is designed to help users, it does require the collection of data including browser history and web content.
To turn off the new feature, users need to toggle ‘Site Suggestions’ off in Edge’s settings, however, this may not completely solve the problem.
It is recommended that users also turn off the browser’s ‘Personalisation and advertising’ settings and clear their browsing history and data for a more comprehensive solution.
Not all Edge users currently have access to the feature, which is currently being testing, and there is no guarantee that it will be kept, so users unhappy with the new feature could consider alternative browsers.
