Do Not Disturb (DND) mode has recently become more complicated on Pixel devices running Android 15 QPR2, with the mode now hidden under a new tile in Quick Settings, labeled Modes
It now takes several steps to activate DND, which is frustrating for those who need to switch to this mode several times a day
However, there is a fix in the works from Google, with evidence of a standalone DND toggle being tested in the fourth beta of Android 16, which will hopefully see the mode returned to a simpler setting
In the meantime, there are several workarounds available, such as adding a DND shortcut on the lock screen, creating a rule to automatically activate DND at certain locations, or retaking the DND tile using a third-party app named Simple DND
