There are many ways to shut down a Windows PC, and the method used may depend on the specific situation
The most basic way to shutdown a PC is using the start menu, pressing the windows key to open the start menu, then clicking the power icon and selecting ‘shut down’
Alt+F4 can also be used, although this opens a tab called ‘shut down windows’ which requires you to click ‘shut down’ and then press ok
Ctrl+Alt+Del will bring up a menu where you can select the power icon and then choose to shutdown
