Apple Will Soon Bring Together Two of Its Worst Offerings

Summary
The unfortunate reality for Apple is that its pricey Oculus Quest Pro competitor, the Vision Pro, is not selling well, and the consensus among industry experts is that it’s simply too expensive.
The one thing Apple hasn’t done, dropping the price, isn’t going to happen any time soon, and the company has just introduced Apple Intelligence to the headset instead, disklined as a less-than-stellar offering.
Arriving in April with visionOS 2.4 is Apple Intelligence, which has features like Writing Tools, Genmoji to create custom emoji, and Image Playground to create images with a text prompt.
These are features already available on the iPhone, and the addition of a standalone Vision Pro iPhone app in iOS 18.4 beta at least allows for management of guest accounts and browsing visionOS content, with the ability to transfer that content to the Vision Pro.
However, the verdict is still out on whether Apple Intelligence will be enough to save the Vision Pro.
