Shazam on iPhone Can Now Sync All ID'd Music to Spotify or Apple Music, but You Need to Do This
1 min read
Summary
Music recognition app Shazam has released an update which allows users to sync all songs identified using the app to a playlist on either Apple Music or Spotify.
Previously, only songs identified using the app’s main menu would be saved to the playlist, but not those recognised using other tools such as Siri, Control Centre or Shortcuts.
To activate the new function, Shazam users should open the Settings menu on the app, and toggle Sync your songs off and on in either the Apple Music or Spotify box.
The Shazam history should then sync across all devices.
As well as music recognition, the Shazam app also offers autoplaying songs and local concert information.
