Forget Opera's Built-In VPN: Try This Browser's New, Private VPN

Summary
Vivaldi has added native Proton VPN support to its desktop browser, with the VPN button sitting in the toolbar to easily switch on the service.
To activate it, users need to update their browser and create a Vivaldi account.
Although it is not available on the mobile app, the browser does include an ad-blocker and tracking protection.
The company, in a blog post, praised Proton for “challenging invasive surveillance laws, taking governments to court and standing up for the rights of users everywhere” and said the firms were “fighting for a better web.”
VPNs mask IP addresses, provide greater anonymity than a regular internet connection and offer better protection on public Wi-Fi, as well as allowing users to access content and apps in other regions and potentially get better deals.
Vivaldi is a lesser-known browser that is highly customisable and includes a host of features such as interface customisation, mouse gestures and advanced tab management.
