I Have a Major Problem With Apple Intelligence, and It’s Not What You Think
1 min read
Summary
Apple devices are famously sluggish when it comes to offering storage space, and many users struggle to stay within the confines of their inbuilt memory.
A new feature, Apple Intelligence, was launched to help users gain better control of their storage, but many have found that it actually eats up a lot of memory space, even when very little is stored on the device.
The problems with this are multiple: the space it takes up is not consistent — for some, it occupies nearly 10GB, which is a huge amount of space for a minimal iOS function to use; and it is impossible to permanently delete it from the device.
This is a frustration for many users, who feel that the space it takes up is not justified by its usefulness.
Disabling it does not free up space, but it will improve battery life.
