New Starlink subscription drops hardware price to $0

Summary
Starlink is now offering a 12-month residential service plan for its users, lowering the upfront cost of the dish and router to zero in select markets.
However, the offer requires a 30-day trial period, after which the kit cannot be returned, and a 12-month commitment to the service.
In some regions, users will be charged a one-time “demand surcharge” fee of around $100 where there is high usage.
Additionally, customers who wish to change their service address or cancel the service will be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the hardware, which will be prorated over time.
The new plan is offered in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.
