Stripe already has a way for iOS developers to dodge Apple’s payment system

Summary
Payment processing firm Stripe has developed a method for iOS developers to accept payments outside of their apps, thus avoiding the commission fees charged by Apple.
The ruling came after the recent Epic Games v Apple antitrust case, whereby the tech giant can no longer impose a 27% fee on purchases made outside of apps.
Stripe product manager Michael Luo demonstrated the new payment method on Twitter, and the company has also published a guide for developers on its website.
Other apps are following suit, with Patreon and Spotify updating their iOS apps to allow users to make in-app purchases through external links, thereby avoiding Apple’s commission.
