Summary
Asus and Microsoft are collaborating on a handheld games console, Project Kennan, with one of two versions having a dedicated X-Box button, as revealed by regulatory listings.
This black version appears to be almost identical to the white ROG Ally 2, except for the button bearing the X-Box logo in the top left corner.
The other version of the console has a less powerful chip.
Both feature a 7-inch, 120Hz LCD display.
Certification means that the console could be released soon, with Asus tending to launch hardware at Computex, beginning on May 20, 2023.
This is one day after Microsoft’s Build Conference on May 19.
