DJI is skipping the US with its most advanced drone yet

Summary
Today, DJI has unveiled its new Mavic 4 Pro drone, but the biggest story isn’t the 360-degree rotating gimbal or 6K/60fps camera, but the fact it will not be available in the US.
Instead, the drone will be released worldwide, excluding the US, where DJI has no plans or timescale for a release.
The reason, according to the company, is that it is “reassessing the market strategies and developments” since the Trump administration’s tariffs and the ongoing hold-ups at US Customs are preventing its drones being imported into the US.
It does plan to honour its warranty for US residents who buy the Mavic 4 Pro in Canada or Mexico, but it does not recommend doing so.
The drone will cost from 2Kto2.5K and will feature 8GB internal storage, 30km transmission range and a swivelling 7-inch controller screen.
