Summary
US-based retailers Adorama and B&H are selling the new DJI Mavic 4 Pro, which was not supposed to be sold in the US, according to sources.
It is thought that DJI may have shipped some of its products to the US early, but not enough for a full launch, as other US-based retailers have not received stock.
DJI did not send the drone to US reviewers and would not offer US pricing, citing Trump’s tariffs among other reasons for not launching the product stateside.
New York-based competitors Adorama and B&H have listed the drone for between 2,699and4,649, with B&H only offering pre-orders.
Adorama has sold through most of its initial stock, and now only has around 70 left, with the drones expected to sell out tomorrow.
