Apple Maps will show recommendations from Michelin and The Infatuation

In an attempt to improve its mapping service, Apple has partnered with a number of external sources, including Michelin, The Infatuation, and Golf Digest, which will provide recommendations, reviews, and information.
This will be added to the map’s “place cards”, which will now include details such as distinctions, descriptions, and images provided by the expert sources.
Users will have the option to make hotel and restaurant reservations directly from Maps, with Michelin and Supreme Golf facilitating the bookings.
The updates to the Maps service will also include new immersive landmarks generated from the Apple Map’s acquisition of NextStop.
Apple’s mapping service is also actively recruiting local guides to help improve the quality of the maps.
