Tesla reportedly launches FSD in China — or has it?

Summary
Tesla has begun offering a semiautonomous driving system in its Chinese market, albeit a “less capable” version of the feature it offers in North America, according to reports.
Instead of being called Full Self-Driving (FSD), the Chinese market iteration of the software is dubbed “Urban Road Autopilot Assistance” (URAA).
URAA performs many of the same functions as FSD, but due to a lack of specifically Chinese road and traffic data, the system’s performance may not be as smooth as its North American counterpart, sources claim.
It is also unlikely to be available to all customers immediately, with the update being released in batches, and only to vehicles with the required hardware installed (HW 4.0).
This announcement comes as Tesla’s first annual sales decline in China, with local competition increasing.
