Kia Motors has unveiled its affordable EV4 electric car at its EV day event in Spain, along with the concept EV2 small electric SUV and PV5 electric van.
The EV4 will be available in Europe and North America in two body styles - a sedan and a five-door hatchback - with prices starting at €37,000 ($39,000).
Powered by a single 150kW front-wheel drive motor and with a top battery range of 391 miles, the EV4 is not going to be a high performer, but its 31-minute charge time could prove appealing.
The EV2 concept is expected to be even more affordable when it launches in 2026, with removable/portable speakers and reconfigurable seating, while the PV5 can be used as a passenger or cargo van.
