Summary
Amazon will launch a “brand new lineup of devices” in the autumn, according to CEO Andy Jasmine.
The company has already unveiled an upgraded Alexa, Alexa Plus, which will perform more functions and cost $19.99 per month, plus Amazon Prime.
It is thought the new hardware will focus on display features and the company has already started to introduce new products with larger displays, led by head of devices and services, Panos Panay.
His philosophy is that screens are “massively important” and since joining Amazon in 2023, the company has launched an Echo Show with a 21-inch display.
