SwitchBot launches cut-your-own smart shades

SwitchBot has launched its adjustable smart roller shades, which it claims is a world first.
The Bluetooth-enabled product is compatible with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and other smart home ecosystems, and is available in white or grey, with prices starting at $199.
Four sizes are available with prices ranging from $199.99 t o$ 309.99, and despite the DIY sizing adjustments, they can be simply affixed to the wall or removed just like regular shades.

The only downside to SwitchBot’s product is the time-intensive cutting process involved in adjusting the size.
