Here’s what the newest iPhone Air leaks say about its design

Apple’s iPhone 17 Air is anticipated to be the company’s slimmest phone to date, with reports suggesting it could be as thin as 5.5mm, however, other estimates have ranged between 5.9mm and 6mm.
Recent leaks, including a video by respected leaker Ice Universe, show what is purported to be the new phone, showing identical dimensions to the previous iPhone 17 Pro Max, with a similar camera bar design to the Google Pixel range.
It is not certain if the camera bar is functional or purely for aesthetic purposes, but it does offer additional rigidity to the super-slim device.
The new iPhone is expected to maintain the traditional button layout seen on current models, a USB-C port and speaker grills, along with a Dynamic Island and Face ID.
Apple is expected to unveil the phone at its annual September event.
