Windows 11 will soon let you know why your PC hardware sucks

Summary
A new FAQ feature is in development for the preview builds of Windows 11, that will offer advice on OS performance relating to RAM and GPU.
The new OS tool will be housed in the system settings, and while Microsoft has not made any official statement regarding its development, it can be found in the latest Dev Channel build.
It is presumed that the advice will be dynamic, adapting to each user’s hardware, but this is yet to be seen.
Microsoft used to use the Windows Experience Index to offer a score relating to hardware capabilities, starting with Vista, but this was abandoned, leaving a gap in advising customers of hardware limitations.
It is anticipated that the new FAQ feature will be ready for the 24H2 update to Windows 11.
