Tron: Ares blends the real world with the digital in its first trailer

Summary
Disney has released the first trailer for Tron: Ares, the sequel to Tron: Legacy, which hits the screens on 10th October 2023.
The minute-and-a-half trailer shows Jared Leto’s Ares, a program on a mission to fulfil his directive and battle in the real world.
It also features airships and fighter ships from the Tron digital world and a clip of Ares being given his physical body.
The soundtrack is being handled by Nine Inch Nails and it features a voiceover from Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn.
In addition to Leto and Bridges, Tron: Ares is directed by Joachim Rønning and its stars include Gillian Anderson, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, and Cameron Monaghan.
This is the latest in a series of trailers from major cinema releases this year, following Avatar: The Way of the Water and Wizard World.
