The 7 writing apps I used to start and finish my book

Summary
Kevin Nguyen is a novelist and journalist who uses a variety of writing apps to help him complete his books, despite the fact that they don’t all work together.
When he begins a book, he collects his ideas in a Bear or Apple Notes app, using the former for structured ideas and the latter for more casual jottings, although he also just sends text messages to himself in emergencies.
For the drafting process, he uses the $50 iA Writer app for the bulk of the work, although he also has used Google Docs and, for structuring, Scrivener.
For revising, he converts the text to Google Docs or Microsoft Word, the former for shorter works and the latter for manuscripts, although he also uses Adobe Acrobat for commenting on proofs.
For pre-publication tasks, he uses the writing app Craft.
