  • Based on the Hindu epic the Ramayana, Kapih is styled in keeping with Indian art forms such as Kalamkari, Thanjavur, Warli and Madhubani and uses the Sanskrit language.
  • The game was released on 8 March to coincide with International Women’s Day, with a mandate to “create an experience that feels deeply personal yet universally relatable”.
  • It features a local co-op mode, allowing players to team up through its various levels via a partnership inspired by the Hindu deity Vishnu, who is frequently depicted as having taken the human form of a turtle.
