Acid Labs raises $8M to build viral Web3 games on social chat platforms

CEO Jonn Weinberg said the raise proves Acid Labs is backed by the best in the industry, and the company will use the funds to create more seamless, social-first gaming experiences.
Josh Lu, partner at A16z Games, said chat super apps have the strongest network effects in tech and are a natural fit for game experiences designed to be played with friends.
