Summary
Quantum Machines (QM), which provides quantum computing solutions, has raised $170m to help drive the development of quantum computers with tens of thousands of qubits.
QM’s hybrid control technology enables the simultaneous execution of demanding computational requirements across a range of quantum computers, making it a “go-to” solution for companies building quantum computers.
This latest funding round, which brings the total amount raised by QM to $280m, was led by PSG Equity and included investment from Intel Capital and Red Dot Capital Partners.
It marks one of the largest funding rounds in the quantum industry and comes as QM’s technology is relied on by most quantum computing companies.
